Creating a Charitable Trust

On your behalf Auriga will set up a Charitable Trust to achieve your objectives:

Trust Deed
If you wish to establish a Trust Fund we will advise you and draw up your Trust Deed to meet your needs and complete all the practical and legal formalities on your behalf.

Charity Registration
We will comply with all charity law and apply for charity registration for your Trust.

Trustees
Being a Trustee is a responsible (though unpaid) role. We will advise you and, if required, recruit and appoint Trustees, provide training and support in a way to best serve your Trust.

Finance and Administration
We will prepare and agree with you and your Trustees all corporate governance and financial administration, attend all meetings and provide a minute taking service for Trustees. We will provide overall management on behalf of Trustees.

Branding
We know that some clients are concerned about retaining ‘Company branding’. Our structure has been developed to retain point of contact branding where required with specialist teams dealing mainly with your Trust Fund.
