The role of human resource management is challenging, varied and exciting. We are looking to appoint a Head of HR to drive HR strategy across our organisation.
As a senior member of Auriga’s management and reporting to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will be the face of HR with the view to delivering an excellent operational and strategic service. The Head of HR role is fundamental to developing the organisation’s strategy, culture, development, and recruitment.
Experience of successfully influencing leaders is essential, as is experience of managing or playing a key part in change management projects. You should have strong communication skills and the ability to build great relationships at all levels of the organisation. The ability to think flexibly to provide pragmatic solutions to problems is essential, as are excellent project management and time management skills. We are looking for someone who has a high degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to influence, coach and build strong working relationships with colleagues and partners.
