Unfortunately, Auriga are unable to process individual requests.

If you have a prepayment meter and are running low on credit, please contact your energy supplier directly to ask what support is available. They may be able to give your meter a boost while you get back on your feet.

You can also contact your local council or Citizens Advice to see what support is available, they may be able to help you.
