Role responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Public Relations: Develop, implement, and manage our public relations strategy (with support from our Marketing Agency).
  • Design: Oversee all design elements for our organization, ranging from digital to print material.
    This includes working closely with our Marketing Agency to create promotional materials, annual reports, and other print materials.
  • Website Management: Manage all aspects of our website, including content creation, SEO optimisation, and website analytics. This includes making regular updates to our website and ensuring its functionality and user-friendliness.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our organisation’s goals and objectives. This includes identifying target audiences and developing marketing plans to engage these audiences.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee our organization’s social media presence, including creating and posting content, managing community engagement, and monitoring analytics.
  • Event Planning: Plan and manage all promotional events and campaigns, collaborating closely with other team members to ensure successful execution.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in managing a wide range of marketing functions, including public relations, design, and website management.
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics, SEO, and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
