Once your funding is deposited with us, our processes make it easy for your team to issue emergency fuel vouchers to those in need.

AurigaFuel works seamlessly to ensure your customers in crisis are supported. Our platform has proven its efficiency through successful collaborations with a diverse range of organisations, including charities, housing associations, construction companies, and local authorities.

Your team use the secure and easy to use AurigaFuel portal to access your funding and request an emergency utility voucher for the individual, valuing between £5 and £49.


The individual receives an SMS or email voucher to redeem at PayPoint or Post Office the same day, if the request is received before 3.00pm.

Emergency Fuel Vouchers Frequently Asked Questions

PayPoint vouchers can be redeemed at any of the 28,000 PayPoint locations across the UK.

Post office vouchers can be redeemed at any of the 11,500 Post office locations across the UK.

If requested before 3.00 pm, vouchers will be sent to the customer via SMS or email the same day. The vouchers can take a maximum of 24 hours to process, and any vouchers requested after 3.00 pm will be processed the next working day.

There is a one-off charge to be set up on the portal and an admin fee per voucher. Contact our client solutions team who will be happy to discuss the associated costs with you.

Unfortunately, Auriga is unable to process individual requests for vouchers. If you have a prepayment meter running low on credit, please contact your energy supplier directly to ask what support is available. They may be able to boost your meter while you get back on your feet.

You can also contact your local council or Citizens Advice to see what support is available as they may be able to help you.
