At Auriga Services, we’re proud to share the highlights from our 2024/25 Impact Report, which reflects a year of growth, innovation and meaningful outcomes for people across the UK.

Our mission is to support people through life’s challenges. We do this by partnering with organisations across sectors to provide tailored financial help, welfare advice, and crisis support. In the past year alone, we supported over 478,000 people, helping to reduce hardship and build financial resilience.

A year of impact

Thanks to the strength of our partnerships and the dedication of our team, we’ve delivered real outcomes that have changed lives. Some key highlights include:

  • 478,650 people supported across the UK
  • £7.76 million identified in income and savings
  • £2.43 million realised for customers directly
  • 418,831 emergency fuel vouchers issued

Behind each of these numbers is a person or family who has been empowered to take steps toward a more stable future.

A message from our CEO

Jill Wheeler, CEO of Auriga Services, reflected on the year in her letter to readers of the report:

We exist to support people through life’s challenges, with a focus on empowering those experiencing financial vulnerability and social hardship. Through our dedicated team, collaborations and strong partnerships, we have delivered meaningful support across multiple sectors. We have remained committed to delivering services that matter… Together, we are making a difference.

Why organisations choose to partner with Auriga

We work with local authorities, utility providers, housing associations, charities and healthcare providers to deliver specialist support to those who need it most. As a not-for-profit organisation owned by the Evnia Charitable Trust, we reinvest every surplus we make into helping more people. That means every partnership with Auriga creates a ripple effect of positive impact.

Whether it’s supporting customers in crisis or helping organisations meet their social value goals, we bring:

  • FCA-authorised debt and welfare advice
  • Tech-enabled grant and voucher management
  • Human-centred, high-quality support at scale
  • Proven impact and data-driven delivery

Creating lasting change

This year’s Impact Report reflects how far we’ve come, but also how urgent the need still is. As the cost-of-living crisis continues, more individuals and families are finding themselves in financially vulnerable situations. Auriga remains committed to being part of the solution.

Together, we can do more.
