We’re proud to share the highlights from our 2025/26 Impact Report, which reflects a year of growth, innovation and meaningful outcomes.
We partner with organisations across sectors to provide tailored financial help, welfare advice, and crisis support. In the past year alone, we supported over 413,928 people, helping to reduce hardship and build financial resilience for people across the UK.
A year of impact
Thanks to the strength of our partnerships and the dedication of our team, we’ve delivered real outcomes that have changed lives.
Some key highlights include:
• 413,928 people supported across the UK
• £9.1 million identified in income and savings
• £2.19 million in realised income
• 336,692 emergency fuel vouchers issued
Behind each of these numbers is a person or family who has been empowered to take steps toward a more stable future.
A message from our CEO
Beccy Wardle, CEO of Auriga Services, reflected on the year in her letter to readers of the report:
“Innovation, inclusion and impact: these three words have defined our impact over the past year… Achieving the BSI Kitemark for accessibility reflects our commitment to inclusion, ensuring our services are designed to reach those in vulnerable circumstances who might otherwise be overlooked… I would like to extend my thanks to our team, partners, suppliers, and our wider community for their continued support and dedication.”
Creating Impact through Partnerships
We work with local authorities, utility providers, housing associations, charities and healthcare providers to deliver specialist support to those who need it most. As a not-for-profit organisation owned by the Evnia Charitable Trust, we reinvest every surplus we make into helping more people, meaning every partnership with Auriga creates a ripple effect of positive impact.
Whether it’s supporting people in crisis or helping organisations meet their social value goals, we bring:
• FCA-accredited debt and welfare advice
• ISO 22458 and BSI Inclusive Service accredited support for vulnerable customers
• Human-centred, high-quality support at scale
Creating lasting change
This year’s Impact Report reflects how urgent the need still is for support. As the cost-of-living crisis continues, more individuals and families are finding themselves in financially vulnerable situations. Auriga remains committed to being part of the solution.
