In addition to a range of vulnerability topics, we can also provide a series of comprehensive training by in-house specialists on skills such as benefit entitlement and financial wellbeing. If your staff need to be able to accurately advise on benefits, engage customers to maximise benefit income, or know how to make effective signposting and referrals, we can help. Ongoing advice, support and coaching after the course is complete can also be provided.
