Natasha Harris, who brings over two decades of HR leadership experience, is known for her innovative and transformational leadership. Natasha has a proven track record of positively impacting organisational capability, enhancing employee experiences, and championing diversity, inclusion, and equity within workplaces.  Natasha began her career in retail, Next and Marks and Spencer, holding multiple Commercial and HR roles before moving to the public sector where she has held various senior HR leadership roles at the Highways Agency, HMRC, Ofwat and the Gambling Commission. 

Her notable achievements include; leading the development and implementation of the first inclusion strategy at HM Revenue and Customs; transforming the HR function at Ofwat to improve engagement and capability; and successfully guiding workforce transitions at Ofwat and HMRC to hybrid working environments. 

Natasha’s extensive experience in building collaborative partnerships and fostering innovation aligns closely with Auriga’s mission to deliver vital support services and improve the lives of vulnerable individuals. Her deep commitment to inclusivity and organisational development will be invaluable as Auriga continues to grow and deliver on its social purpose. 

Alongside work and family life, Natasha sits on several Boards and Committees where her HR expertise is called upon, including the Pines School for children with an autism diagnosis. Natasha is passionate about continually improving the lives of Birmingham residents through health, education and the arts.
