Sally is a Corporate Governance professional, specialising in the not-for-profit space. Her experience spans Risk, Compliance and Assurance; Programme and Contract Management; and Research. Before joining Auriga, Sally was Head of Governance and Company Secretary at Refuge, the largest specialist domestic abuse organisation in the UK, where she set up and expanded a new governance function.

Sally lives in the Peak District and is the proud wife of an on-call firefighter. She is also Mum to two teenage boys and a tween daughter. Most of her spare time is spent driving her children to sports events then hanging around to watch (her greatest pleasure!). She enjoys hosting one of the home groups for her local church, walking her Black Labrador and planning travel adventures with her family.
