Auriga Service partners with the University of Leeds to provide financial guidance to employees
We are excited to announce a new partnership between the University of Leeds and Auriga Services giving employees access to confidential financial guidance and education.
This initiative reflects the University of Leeds broader commitment to supporting employee wellbeing, recognising how financial stress can create a significant impact on day to day life. Through the partnership employees will have access to free confidential financial guidance alongside supporting educational resources.
The partnership is designed to help employees:
- Increase their financial resilience and confidence
- Stabilise finances and make more informed decisions
- Reduce financial stress and improve overall wellbeing
Beccy Wardle, CEO of Auriga Services comments, “Money can be one of the hardest things for people to talk about, especially if they are facing challenging circumstances or feeling overwhelmed. We are excited to partner with the University of Leeds to give employees a tailored, confidential resource they can turn to for support.”
Patrick Craig, Head of Health and Wellbeing, University of Leeds highlights, “Supporting our employees means recognising that wellbeing extends beyond the workplace. Financial stress can impact people in ways that aren’t always visible, and we wanted to ensure our colleagues have access to the right help when they need it. Partnering with Auriga enables us to provide practical assistance tailored to our employees’ needs.”
The partnership focuses on making sure employees feel supported to support financial wellbeing, helping them to manage their finances more effectively. At Auriga we are pleased to be working in partnership with the University of Leeds and look forward to the lasting impact the partnership will create with their employees.
