Auriga understand that when your customers are at risk of self-disconnection, they need immediate support. With our bespoke portal, you can request an emergency fuel voucher to be sent the same day*, ensuring your customers are not left without credit on their energy and gas meters.
How does it work?
Your funding is deposited with us, we charge a small set up fee and an admin fee per voucher, and you have access to a simple and easy to use portal to request anything from £5 to £49 for your customers. This can be sent by SMS or email. As long as the request is received before 3.30pm, your customer will receive their voucher on the same day. Your customer then takes their top up key or card to a PayPoint outlet and the voucher code can be exchanged at the value awarded.
